Mascot Vote is a fun way to recognize the tireless efforts of our school mascots. Sixteen schools throughout the CSRA have signed up to promote their mascot. You can learn more about why this website has been put together by reading the About Us page.

And the Last Mascot Standing is...

"Evan the Intimidator" representing the Evans Knights. Congratulations to the fans, family and friends of Evans. Together they pulled away from the rest of the field and captured the title of Last Mascot Standing. Jefferson County HS had a strong 2nd Place finish and North Augusta HS was the top South Carolina school.

MascotVote.com Commercials Debut

It was crazy a few weeks back. We had several mascots visit Television Park to help shoot some commercials to promote this fun campaign. Those commercials started to run on WJBF News Channel 6 and now we're posting them to the website.

Galleries Posted

We've finally posted some photo galleries -- three to start with.

The staff at MascotVote.com wanted to give you the fans a behind the scenes look at how this whole production started. So we posted photos from the commercial shoot, hosted by Lakeside. You can view the commercial below. We've also got photos from our visit to Hephzibah HS when they hosted Lincoln County.

Look for at least two more galleries early next week. We just shot some footage for additional commercials, starring several of the mascots competing on MascotVote. The first commercial should be posted online by October 3rd. (We hope!)

How is the Winner Determined from the Super 6?

Fans, we're going to keep this simple. The Mascot with the most votes among the Super 6 will be named, "Last Mascot Standing".

Every Friday, we're going to take a snapshop of the results, which basically means we record the votes registered to our servers at a certain point. We'll take the poll offline a few hours to make minor changes in the security and functionality of the poll to keep things interesting in the final four weeks.

The last vote will be registered on November 13, 20:59 PST.
